Keep Information Up-to-Date

If you move and/or change jobs, remember to notify the following people and entities, and make sure they have your current contact/employment information:

  1. Your child's other parent;
  2. The court that entered the child support order; and
  3. Any child support agency that is handling your case.

Adjust Terms of Child Support Payment

If your personal or financial circumstances change, you can ask the court to increase or decrease the amount of child support you pay.
